How are YOU?

Hey there,

These past few weeks have been so challenging for our world. It is so hard to face each day with so much uncertainty. It’s been hard to pay attention to anything other than the news...I go back and forth between super, uber productive and barely getting dressed. Pretty wild time we're living in. I couldn't have imagined this in my wildest dreams! I hope you are doing well and taking care of yourself and yours!

Your health and safety, family, and overall-well being should be your number one priority and I want you to know that they are mine. I myself am one of the more "vulnerable" as well as my dad (our lungs), not to mention friends that have varied from ill to very critically ill. So to say I have taken this seriously is an understatement! It has absolutely warmed my heart to see our community come together with love and support, albeit mostly virtual. ;) Not to say this hasn't been hard. Words can't explain how difficult it is to see our family restaurant close it's doors for more than just a few days. It's normally just for holidays and some extra repairs. Over a month now is not what I had expected back on March 16th. We will be just fine, thank God, but wow, just a mind-blowing moment to witness.

I want you to know that during this time I will be following the government regulations regarding social distancing. Natalie Stricklin Photography will be back up and running and ready to capture your family as soon as it is safe to do so. During a time like this we are reminded just how important family is. I can’t wait to have the absolute honor of capturing yours when this is all over. If you'd like to plan for sessions in the summer and fall (important for incoming seniors!), I am booking sessions with NO retainer fee while we are under quarantine. Just shoot me an email and I'll get you set up! That goes for any and all sessions.

It is my passion and purpose to provide you with honest, real, moment driven, artistic, photographs and I feel even more certain of that now. I hope that you are taking this time to focus on the simpler things in life. Things that really are important and doing away with the things that aren't. I know I am. I can't help but think this time in our lives is a giant life reset that cannot be ignored. Truly a time to take advantage of...in whatever way we may need it!

I will be in touch again when things get back to “normal” around here. I can’t wait to capture you and yours so very soon!

Warmly, Natalie
